I'm a health coach and endurance athlete based in Boulder, Colorado. As a graduate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I help individuals improve the daily actions and habits - sleep, diet, exercise, gut health, mindfulness, stress management - that lead to long-term health, longevity and vitality.
In addition, my team and I partner with small and mid-sized companies to create a culture of human awesomeness by building personalized programs centered around healthy lifestyle habits and employee recognition.
