Hi, I'm Brian

Hi, I'm Brian.

A few things led me to this pursuit of health and wellness, all occurring right around the same time. First, I started doing some freelance work with Dr. Michael Murray where I learned the power of natural wellness. As I was working on his website, I was learning the power of food as medicine, and realized this information is not widely known.

Second, the father of one of my best friends was suffering of liver failure. He was a great man, but he drank, smoked and wasn’t very active. He soon passed away. As my friend was describing how doctors were treating him, I noticed they never addressed his diet and lifestyle early on. They just prescribed one drug after the next.

Third, I was dealing with fatigue, lack of concentration and brain fog. I couldn't get through a day without taking two or four naps a day, and was having trouble focusing and recalling information I just read. I went to my doctor and got standard bloodwork done. Everything came back fine. When I asked what was causing my fatigue and concentration issues, he said "It's probably just the way you're wired". He never asked me about my diet, stress levels, exercise regimen or sleep patterns. I intuitively  knew something else was going on and that that I'd have to seek out my own answers for living a healthy and vibrant life and that led me to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where I graduated in 2017 as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and learned from the brightest and most innovative minds in holistic health. I eventually worked with a functional medicine doctor who discovered I had a fungal infection in my gut, low testosterone and my cortisol levels were out of whack.

My goal with my coaching practice is to share practical tips and guidance to help you live a healthy, active and sustainable lifestyle.

And if you're a company looking to foster a thriving culture with happy, healthy and engaged employees, I'd love to help and partner with you to build an environment of human awesomeness.
