Hi, I'm Brian

Hi, I'm Brian.

A few things led me to this pursuit of health and wellness. I started doing some freelance work with Dr. Michael Murray where I learned the power of natural wellness - that food is medicine. Around this time, one of my best friend's father passed away of liver failure. As my friend was describing how doctors were treating his dad, it occurred to me they never addressed his diet and lifestyle.
At the same time, I was dealing with fatigue, trouble concentrating and brain fog. I couldn't get through a day without taking two or more naps a day. When I talked to my doctor, he said "It's probably just the way you're wired". My doctor never asked me about my diet, stress levels, exercise regimen or sleep patterns. I knew then that I had to seek out my own answers for living a healthy and vibrant life and that led me to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where I graduated in 2017 as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and learned from the brightest and most innovative minds in holistic health.

My goal with my coaching practice and this website is to share practical tips and guidance to help you live a healthy, active and sustainable lifestyle.
