The Better YOU Challenge is designed to give you the tools, motivation, personal strategies and accountability you need to get your body moving, eat clean, lose weight, be present and set you up on a path to long-term success.

What You'll Get:

Personal Coaching
I'm with you every step of the way. I'll monitor your progress and give you what you need most: motivation, feedback, accountability, helpful resources & unconditional support. I'll make sure you have the program and strategies that are personal and right for YOU!
Nutrition Tracking
This program is not a diet. In fact, it's anti-diet. It's a clear, simple, sensible nutrition strategy that doesn't restrict you or force you to give up the foods you love. You'll get an easy-to-use food tracking, portion guide, hunger guide, shopping lists, eating out guides and amazing recipes.
Exercise Tracking
This program is customized for your fitness level and goals with a personalized heart rate plan with freedom to choose how you want to move. There's a library of on-demand workouts, or choose your own adventure. Through a heart rate monitor, you'll learn how to measure the quality of each workout to make sure you're getting into each targeted heart rate zone.
Progress Measurement
What gets measured, gets managed. Through a partnership with Nuvita, our integrated app will track your progress and you'll get a holistic view of your progress, coaching feedback and a fun, supportive, judgement-free community.

What You'll Need:
There's only two things you'll need to participate in the challenge:
1. The CorSync app. After you sign up, I'll provide a link to download the app from either the App Store or Google Play with a group code to enter the challenge.
2. Heart Rate Monitor. Garmin and Apple watches are compatible with the app. I can provide instructions for integrating either device after you sign up. If you don't have a heart rate monitor, shoot me a note and I'll provide a link to order one.
Optional but highly encouraged: body fat scale. The Nuvita Smart Scale syncs seamlessly with the app. While it's not required as part of this challenge, taking weight and body fat measurements regularly can really help you learn how daily actions can positively or negatively impact health goals.
